Real Leaders Know And Use the Best TRENDS

Effective, relevant, quality leadership requires the individual, to expand his personal comfort zone, and go beyond, the same – old, same – old, pursuits and mindset, and be ready, willing and able, to identify and consider, the possibilities, and best – suited TRENDS, which might make the best difference, for the future! However, it’s important to realize, a true leader, must not, merely, pursue the latest fads, but, rather, must differentiate between, which, might be most relevant and usable, rather than merely some irrelevant trend! With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, some of what, this means, and why it’s relevant and essential, to effectively make a difference, for the better!

1. Timely: What one does, and when he does it, often makes a significant difference, between merely making an effort, and providing timely solutions, for the better, and best interests, of the organization, and constituents? Unless this is the consistent focus, and approach, there is the possibility, one might resort to often – destructive, procrastination, which often injures the sustainability of the group!

2. Relevant; reasoning: Well – defined, and developed reasoning, is the cornerstone of being capable, of proceeding with the most relevant solutions and approaches, etc! This ability and willingness, often differentiate, quality leaders, from the rest, of the pack!

3. Empathy; emphasis; energy: How a leader uses his utmost energy, often, makes a significant difference, between focusing on relevant trends, and pursuing others! The process should begin, with a readiness and willingness, to listen effectively and thoroughly, and learn from every conversation and experience, in order to proceed with relevant, genuine empathy. When a leader’s emphasis, is focused on others, and their needs, goals, perceptions, and priorities, he becomes better able, to determine the best trends, which might improve his group!

4. Needs; nuances: When one focuses and emphasizes needs, and is ready, willing and able, to effectively utilize the most appropriate nuances, he tends to position himself, to properly consider, and direct, which trends, might improve his performance, etc.

5. Delve deeply; deliver: Far too often, those in positions of leadership, seem to seek the easiest path, of least resistance, rather than delving deeply, and discovering the best course of action! When someone, consistently over – delivers on his promises, and becomes a relevant trendsetter, he enhances his potential, in a significant way!

6. Sustainable solutions/ systems: If one hopes to implement the best, relevant approaches, he constantly seeks sustainable systems, to ensure a meaningful future, for the group! This necessitates introducing, developing, and implementing, truly viable systems, which enhance the possibilities!

If you hope to become a real leader, you must be prepared to know, recognize, and utilize the most appropriate TRENDS. Will you be ready, and prepared?
