Skateboard X Games are one of the most wanted games and are watched by millions of viewers throughout the world. The X Games is also known as extreme sports, which is produced by ESPN. The X Games is extreme sports and there are a lot of different sports categories along with skateboarding. If we look into the history of the X Games, it dates back to the year 1995 when the first Summer X Games took place. After that, the first Winter X Games took place in the year 1997. After the year 1997, the events of X Games are held twice every year. The X Games are categorized into two categories, one is known as the Summer X Games and the other is known as Winter X Games.

The different events of Skateboard X Games include Park, Street, Street bad trick, Vert, Vert Doubles, Vert Best Trick. In park event there are 20 professional skaters who get points by maneuvering through obstacles, grind on ledges and handrails on the track that is being designed by the world class designers. The Street event has 10 skaters who skate on a natural terrain. They will grind, jump the stairs and gaps and board slide down the handrails and go over benches and ledges. In Street Best Trick, all the skaters can do their best trick and on the basis of that the best trick by a skater is nominated.

The Vert is one of the most thrilling part of Skateboard X Games in which 20 skaters face to a massive half pipe that is constructed of wood, screws and skatelite. In only 45 seconds they have to run,which is judged on the basis of amplitude out of the pipe and also as to the different technical tricks that they perform on the lip of the pipe.
