Kodaikanal: Nestled coyly in the southern crest of upper Palani Hills in Tamil Nadu, Kodaikanal hill station is the pride of southern India peninsula. Kodaikanal hill station which is located very close to temple city Madurai, is famous for its sylvan valley, rocks, deep forest, Berijam lake, and the most unique thing i.e Kurunji plant that last blooms in 2004. During winter, the temperature of this place drops down to 12c whereas in summer, temperature rises to only 30c in compare to other places of Maharashtra.
