Practical Manifesting Tools – Secrets of Piko Piko Breathing For Faster Manifesting

One of the easiest ways to turbo charge your manifesting results is to blend your regular meditation with energy work.

Many people are familiar with the idea that your body, and all living creatures, radiates a tangible energy field. The strength of the field is generally associated with the level of health and vigour of the organism.

When you manifest outcomes directly, you project the thought of what you want through the energies of your body and mind.

More energy means you radiate stronger thought fields, which in turn speeds up the eventual physical manifestation.

Common energy disciplines like pranayama breathing found in yoga, or chi gung, reiki and energy medicine all work with the energy fields of the body to both strengthen and balance it’s flows.

One of the simplest processes you can play with today is a process called Piko Piko breathing I learned originally from Huna expert Serge King. The drill is simple – you find a naturally occurring source of abundant life force, then alternate your attention on that and your attention on a visualization, and time it with your in and out breaths.

Here’s how you can experiment with Piko-Piko breathing as follow:

1) Pick a natural energy source, for example the sun, wind, or the waves.

2) Pick a project you want to charge with energy, and make a short 10-15 second mental movie of it.

3) As you inhale, place your attention on the power source.

4) As you exhale, place your attention on this mental movie.

5) Repeat until you feel like you’re finished with the process.

It’s that simple and the more you play with it the stronger you’ll get at using this process to help create ever better results in your life.
