How to Get Six Pack Abs While You Sleep

We all want to know how to get six pack abs and the easier that task is the better. If we could get our six packs by sitting on the couch watching TV then I am sure we would all be doing just that.

But there is a way to get your six pack ripped whilst you sleep. It is all in the routine you use during your day from when you wake up to when you go to bed. From eating right all day long, getting the best out of your workout time and then the best bit, you need to let your body rest so that you develop your abs while you sleep.

Getting your diet right is only half the battle to eating right all day long. Most of us have 3 meals a day and that’s not too bad for many people, the biggest problem is that you end up not digesting all that you eat and you store all of the unused sugars and fats for later use by the body, just in case you can’t find food later.

The best way to structure your eating routine is to eat a balanced, healthy diet, and have 5-6 smaller meals, almost snack like, throughout the day. With a slightly higher protein content and carbs meal an hour before you go training.

Your Workout is still a very important part of obtaining great six pack abs. You need to train your abs on a consistent basis, and you need to train them hard. My evil Gym instructor used to yell,

“Pain Is Weakness Leaving The Body!”

Now we get to the good part, getting six pack abs whilst you sleep.

Sleep is a very important time for your body and your mind.

If you are relaxed you sleep better.

If you are not digesting, you sleep better.

And the better you sleep, the more your body can give back to you and heal itself from the daily punishment it gets. So let the body do its job and give yourself the best abs money can’t buy.
