Charter to the Tropics For Fantasy Fest

We have all been there. Busy airports. People everywhere scurrying to find the right gate for their departure. Luggage all around, lines for security that seem to go on forever. Just get through this and you are on the plane, there is no leg room, you are too hot, too cold, it’s too crowded, where is that carry on again? Soon that commercial aircraft is off and you finally get to your destination, after waiting for ages to disembark, you feel the warm sun on your face, oh, wait, you have yet another airport to get through, again with the crowds until you get out into the sun.

Or you can charter a jet of your own to get you to interesting places, places like Fantasy Fest in Key West. If you charter you get to make the schedule. You get to choose the plane, choose the configuration of the seating, leave when you want and return when you want, and best of all, there are no lines, there is plenty of leg, head and shoulder room, you know where your bags are at any given time, you are with people you know, you can relax and get to that destination happy and unrushed.

Key West is a great charter destination year round, but what makes it even more special is Fantasy Fest, a ten day event that occurs annually in the fall. It all started when residents realized that the fall was a slow time in the Keys, the summer crowds had gone back to their lives and the towns were all but abandoned. Businesses had to close for lack of patrons and they needed something to keep the fun going.

Fantasy Fest is a carnival like event that is especially tailored for adults. It is a wild party like atmosphere that includes parades, costumes and of course plenty of libations and it prides itself on being different, unique and of course imaginative. So much so that the festival has a different theme each year. In the inaugural year of 1979 the theme was Old Key West, in 1985 Broadway Fantasies took center stage, Junglemania was the theme in 1991 and 2007 explored Gnomes, Toads and White Rabbit Tea Parties. It seems anything goes at this festival, even superheroes get a look in especially in 2013 when the theme was Super Heroes, Villains and Beyond.

So much fun and at an unexpected time of the year, so what better than to pair Fantasy Fest Key West with a cool charter jet?
