What you need:
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 / 2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 / 4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup chopped ham slices Turkey
- 1 / 2 cup pitted green olives
- Black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves chopped garlic
- 500g dried pasta (any shape)
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- Salt
- 1 / 2 cup pitted black olives
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 / 2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese (coarsely chopped)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Here’s what you need to do:
Now add the grated Parmesan and 2 tablespoons oil (preferably extra virgin). Mix again. Serve immediately or refrigerate for half an hour and then serve.
- Take 2 tablespoons olive oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped garlic for 1 minute.
- Add the can of chopped dried tomatoes, and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, or until the tomato juice evaporates.
- Next, turn off the heat and add the diced peppers, along with the remaining ingredients, except the rest of the olive oil and Parmesan.
- Now mix the food and allowed to cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water, drain.
- Gently combine the pasta and the sauce cooked.
- Next add the grated Parmesan and 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin is best i.m.o.)
- Mix the contents again.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for half an hour, then serve!
