Cold Pasta Dish Recipes

Cold Pasta recipes can be served as a light snack on a warm summer day, or as a side dish for any barbecue or meal, as it can be made ahead of time. With such nice cold pasta recipes, I think you just need an excuse to make ’em. If you are planning a quick and easy dish that is healthy and nutritious as well prepared, these pasta recipe here is a good option.

What you need:

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 / 2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 / 4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped ham slices Turkey
  • 1 / 2 cup pitted green olives
  • Black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped garlic
  • 500g dried pasta (any shape)
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 / 2 cup pitted black olives
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 / 2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese (coarsely chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Here’s what you need to do:

Now add the grated Parmesan and 2 tablespoons oil (preferably extra virgin). Mix again. Serve immediately or refrigerate for half an hour and then serve.

  1. Take 2 tablespoons olive oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped garlic for 1 minute.
  2. Add the can of chopped dried tomatoes, and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, or until the tomato juice evaporates.
  3. Next, turn off the heat and add the diced peppers, along with the remaining ingredients, except the rest of the olive oil and Parmesan.
  4. Now mix the food and allowed to cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in salted water, drain.
  5. Gently combine the pasta and the sauce cooked.
  6. Next add the grated Parmesan and 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin is best i.m.o.)
  7. Mix the contents again.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for half an hour, then serve!
